I am passionate about walking alongside individuals on their path of healing and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative, client-led process grounded in trust, curiosity, and respect. I believe that each person holds their own inner wisdom and capacity for healing, and that meaningful change emerges within a supportive, relational connection.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels gentle, non-judgmental, and grounding—where individuals feel seen, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or a space to explore and reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and tend to what matters most.
As an art therapist, I integrate creative expression with talk therapy to support deeper self-understanding, emotional processing, and connection to the mind, body, and spirit. Art can offer an alternative pathway into experiences that feel difficult to put into words, and I use it thoughtfully and collaboratively, always guided by what feels most supportive for each person. You don’t need to consider yourself “artistic” or “creative” to benefit from art therapy—this work is about using whatever process feels meaningful to support your growth and self-exploration.
I work with adults ages 18 and older who are navigating trauma (including Complex PTSD), grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, chronic illness, and identity-related concerns. I am especially attentive to patterns such as perfectionism, self-doubt, and a critical inner voice, supporting clients in cultivating self-compassion, emotional awareness, and a more supportive relationship with themselves. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and socially conscious, with attention to how personal experiences are shaped by larger systems, culture, and access.
I honor each person as a whole being—mind, body, and spirit—and tailor therapy to meet you where you are and supporting all parts of you, using tools and approaches that feel flexible, responsive, and aligned with your needs and goals.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me sitting by the ocean, exploring local nature, art, and music, spending time with my partner, and making art of my own.
I look forward to connecting, supporting your growth, and walking alongside you on this journey!
