CSWA
Clinical Social Work Associate
Hi, my name is Carmen It’s nice to meet you! My pronouns are She/Her.

Hello! I am so happy you are here. I want to share a bit about myself as a therapist. If you’ve got questions about your identity and feeling pressure from family or society about how you “should” show up, you’re not alone—I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive place where your story will be heard and respected. I have experience supporting individuals who have lived through trauma in a variety of contexts, including within families of origin, intimate relationships, and workplace environments. I think that counseling is a place where we work together to achieve your goals, and I would be honored to work with you.
1999: Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies, Portland State University
2023: Master of Social Work, Portland State University
I enjoy working with individuals 16 and older who may be experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, or grief and loss. I have experience supporting individuals who have lived through trauma or PTSD. I also work with individuals who have questions about their identity and seek support for showing up as their authentic selves.
