As a counselor, I believe that the most important foundation is the strength of our connection. Once we build communication and trust, I have witnessed my clients easily step into ownership and self-trust of their therapeutic journey. My experience includes working with adults, teens, and children by working with families, couples, groups, and individuals. In my different roles as a counselor, I have enjoyed supporting my clients tackling a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, housing instability, job loss, substance use, and psychosis. I look forward to helping you build your bridge to the life you want for yourself!
