I am glad you are here! I see counseling as a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what feels important to you and support your growth, healing, and understanding.
My background is in education, and I’ve always been drawn to creative ways of supporting people’s mental wellness and personal growth. My approach is grounded in service, advocacy, and equity, and my hope is that you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported when we work together.
I draw from approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. These are tools that help us make sense of your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build balance and resilience.
I’m especially committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as family members of transgender and gender nonconforming people. My own lived experience and identity have shaped a deep understanding of what it means to navigate belonging, authenticity, and care in an ever-changing and complex world.
Therapy is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. You deserve to feel good in your life, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on that path.
