Dean E. Bichsel
CSWA
Clinical Social Work Associate
Hi, my name is Dean. It’s nice to meet you! My pronouns are He/Him.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in achieving healing and growth. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore challenges, develop insights, and build resilience. With over 15 years of experience across diverse settings, including crisis response, outpatient therapy, and case management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to my practice.
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and other life challenges. My approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychoanalytic, and Gestalt Therapy. Whether addressing relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, or navigating life transitions, I tailor my methods to meet your unique needs.
In addition to my clinical work, I have an entrepreneurial background as the owner and operator of a successful 20-acre organic farm for over 15 years. This experience gave me profound insights into leadership, resilience, and navigating the complexities of running a business.
Managing all aspects of the farm—from production to marketing and financial oversight—has deeply enriched my understanding of accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving. These skills enhance my ability to support clients in overcoming challenges, achieving personal growth, and managing transitions in their own lives.
I am honored to walk alongside you on your path to healing, embracing your authentic self without fear of judgment. Whether looking for a short term solution-focused approach, or to tackle the longer process of true change, together we can create a roadmap for growth,
resilience, and well-being.
