Hello! I am so happy you are here. I want to share a bit about myself as a therapist. With a relational approach, I focus on building trust and creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their challenges and celebrate their strengths. I work with teens, young adults, and individuals through all stages of adulthood, helping them navigate life’s complexities with courage and self-compassion.
I believe in the importance of autonomy and meeting you where you are. All individuals are unique; therefore, I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centered therapy; offering validation, while building resilience through practical coping strategies. My therapeutic style is inclusive, while providing client-centered care ensures that each person feels seen, heard, and valued.
