As a queer, non-binary person raised in a Puerto Rican family, I bring a deep commitment to relational healing, cultural humility, and a love ethic in everything I do—including my work as a therapist.
I specialize in working with queer and trans youth and young adults navigating stress, burnout, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impacts of complex and religious trauma. I also feel honored to support Latine, and Spanish-speaking communities in holding space for their unique stories and strengths.
My approach is relational, somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in liberation. I draw from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a strengths-based, person-centered framework. I believe healing isn’t linear or rushed—it’s a collaborative, unfolding process where your pace, voice, and lived experience matter.
In our work together, my hope is that you’ll feel safe, seen, and supported. I strive to create a space that’s welcoming, curious, and grounded in care, where you can be your full self and explore what healing looks like for you.
