I am a South Asian Muslim therapist raised in Dallas, Texas and currently based in Portland, Oregon. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop new coping strategies, gain new insight within themselves and others, and make meaningful changes.
