Natasha Freudmann
CSWA
Clinical Social Work Associate
Hello, my name is Natasha, my pronouns are she/her. It’s nice to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where my role is to support you in understanding yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I provide a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your feelings and experiences, practice regulating your nervous system, and develop tools to navigate challenges with greater ease.
My approach is deeply relational, centering connection, autonomy, and lived experience as sources of strength and resilience. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I prioritize getting to know you as a whole person. Feedback and open communication are important to me, so we can ensure you’re receiving the support you need.
I feel grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you as you build understanding, resilience, and make meaningful change that will shape both your present and your future.
BA in Psychology, minor in Ethnic Studies: University of Oregon
Master of Social Work: Portland State University
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults (14+) navigating life transitions, identity development, neurodivergence, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I also provide parenting support and enjoy working with families to strengthen caregiver-teen communication.
I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment. My clinical style is collaborative, client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and justice-oriented, with an emphasis on client autonomy and psychoeducation. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support each client’s unique needs.
