Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi, my name is Rebecca. It’s nice to meet you! My pronouns are She/Her.

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! I offer individual counseling for people navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as those experiencing the transformative perinatal and postpartum period. Nervous system dysregulation can leave you feeling stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown. Together, we focus on shifting out of the stress or trauma space and back into the flow of life.
I will be a compassionate guide who listens deeply and accepts you where you’re at. I can help you explore your strengths and limitations within a safe space where your thoughts and emotions can be felt, communicated, and understood. I offer therapy that is relational, affirming and empathetic. I believe that healing and transformation are possible.
I have over a decade of experience as a provider working with individuals, families and communities experiencing crisis, anxiety and depression. As a former first responder/medical provider, I hold a unique perspective and understanding to assist those in this field that may be experiencing vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. I have also worked with foster parents, juveniles in the justice system, victims of crime and families with Child Welfare involvement. I have experience working with women and children experiencing domestic violence and hold a deep understanding and mutual respect for what you are going through. I am also certified in End of Life Care and grief counseling.
As a Clinical Social Worker, my experience and training leads my practice with cultural awareness, through a trauma informed lens and from a strengths-based approach. I have worked alongside many Tribal communities which has lent a strong foundation of humbleness and awareness to my practice.
I look forward to joining you on this journey to healing, self-awareness and feeling better and leading you towards a brighter future!
