Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi, my name is Sarah. It’s nice to meet you! My pronouns are She/Her.

Hello! I am so happy you are here. I want to share a bit about myself as a therapist.
The therapy relationship is a unique and powerful one that facilitates change and growth, while also maintaining roots in acceptance. I believe that we all have the power within ourselves to create a vision of a life worth living. Therapy is a great place to get support and learn skills to make that vision a reality. It is my belief that understanding your values and what is important to you is a great place to start! I am trained in Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I can also help with exposure response prevention strategies for anxiety. While therapy can be challenging, it can also be fun and interesting, I often learn just as much from my clients as they do from me. I enjoy the connection and human moments that can come from good work together. I will be open, honest, direct and gentle in helping you reach your goals for whatever phase of life you are in.
