Hi my name is Tasha and it is nice to meet you!
Hi I am glad you are here.
With nearly two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, continuously gaining valuable insights from each individual. Establishing and building trust in the therapeutic relationship is essential to my work. My journey in this field is driven by a passion for facilitating safe experiences of growth. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, interpersonal issues, boundaries, guilt, and shame. I bring an eclectic theoretical blend, incorporating psychodynamic, narrative, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and internal family systems therapies. Clients appreciate my objective approach, infused with honesty, warmth, and humor.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, road trips and being outdoors.
I look forward to embarking on a journey of healing together.
