I help people explore how they connect and disconnect through attachment, boundaries, and the patterns that shape their inner narrative. Together, we work toward understanding and regulating emotions, healing from trauma, and building self-compassion along the way. I also bring a deep appreciation for the many ways brains process, feel, and function. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, friends and pets, taking road trips, growing flowers and being outdoors.
