Hello, my name is Jennifer it’s nice to meet you. My pronouns are she/her.
As a therapist I view counseling as a collaborative journey where we work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and navigate the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, grief, addictions, or life transitions. I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. Together, we will gently explore and address unhelpful behaviors or patterns that may have developed over time. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy to help you better understand your experiences and empower you with tools and strategies for meaningful change. Together, we will challenge unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and develop strategies to support your overall well-being.
My approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and a deep respect for where you are in your journey. Therapy is a powerful step toward investing in yourself, and you deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, validation, psychoeducation, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s complexities. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to therapy, I look forward to working with you. Let’s take this step together!
