Join Our Team

Are you a trauma-informed registered intern, licensed psychotherapist or psychologist in the state of Oregon or Washington, and are interested in joining a team of like-minded professionals? Read below and complete our form if this feels like the right fit for you:

Willamette Wellness Center is looking for empathetic registered associates, licensed psychotherapists and psychologists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT, ATR-BC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to join our team! Our practice was built on trust from clients and an excellent reputation, and we are growing our experienced team to continue to provide the best trauma-informed care. What sets WWC apart is we identify and promote ourselves as a trauma informed group practice, and as such, we are especially interested in providers who have training in and are using therapies such as: IFS, EMDR, CPT, DBT, SE, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, Psychedelic Psychotherapy, or are looking to become trained in these and other similar trauma informed therapies. We recognize that therapists are undergoing trauma alongside their clients. This is a safe place to be involved with other therapists who understand and can support you as we navigate this together. Therapists who identify as BIPOC, part of our LGBTQIA+ community, and other marginalized communities are highly encouraged to apply. Social justice is a primary lens from which we operate and if you feel the same way, we want to hear from you.

We Want To Hear From You If You’re Excited About Any Of The Following

  • We know the value you provide and your compensation will reflect that, all while having ample time to yourself.
  • Building your own thriving therapy caseload, that doesn’t include professional burn out.
  • Working with a team that is invested in your well-being and wants to see you succeed.
  • Having the autonomy to handle your workload without being micromanaged.
  • Doing what you love, seeing clients you want to see, minus the hassle of marketing yourself and fighting with billing companies.
  • Time Off. We believe in work/life balance, and at WWC we provide three day weekends, which we feel should be industry standard.

You Might Not Be A Good Fit If

  • You are not licensed/ registered in Oregon and/or Washington.
  • Continuing in advanced training and professional development doesn’t interest you.
  • It’s an issue turning clinical notes in on time.
  • You need in person sessions.  We are 100% remote right now.
  • You need changes in employment every few years. Building a successful caseload takes time, effort, and a love of the work.
