Bailey Pamperien

LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello my name is Bailey, and it is nice to meet you!

Hello, my name is Bailey M. Pamperien (she/her pronouns) and I am excited to offer support along your journey to mental well-being.
I hold a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Sociology from Drury University, with an emphasis on applicable and clinical research. I provide compassionate, empathetic, inclusive, and culturally responsive mental health services to people of all backgrounds.
I have experience working with juvenile justice, SPMI, children and families, marginalized communities, as well as adults of all ages. I employ a trauma informed lens with a strong reliance on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
I specialize in working with teens (14+) and young adults in addressing depression, anxiety and impacts of trauma, as well as other presenting issues. I have earned certificates in Motivational Interviewing and Integrated Co-Occurring Disorders (ICOD) interventions that I employ within my clinical work.
Trying is often the bravest thing you can do and taking the first several steps can feel overwhelming or difficult. It is important to me to provide a safe space for support throughout the process. I believe that all individuals deserve opportunities to improve their wellbeing and mental health without fear of judgment or discrimination.
A fun fact about me is that I have a pet dog, cat, and two guinea pigs that I consider my small zoo. I look forward to meeting you!
Thank you,
Bailey
