Creating a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental space where hope, healing, and self discovery can flourish is what drives my work. I believe that the therapeutic process is different for each unique individual and there is not a one size fits all approach. I see each individual as a whole person with unique strengths, capacities, and resources that can help them improve their lives and create positive changes. It is important for me to meet you where you are at, listen to your feedback, and take the time to build a collaborative relationship.
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate in the state of Oregon and I primarily treat adults 18+. As a social worker, I understand that culture and identity are an integral part of the whole person and I strive to take a respectful and humble approach to each individual’s lived experience. I value positive sexuality and gender affirming care and I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds with openness and compassion.
I work from a strengths-based, trauma informed lens, utilizing an integrated approach with a wide range of treatment modalities to address diverse challenges. I have experience treating PTSD, abuse, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, religious trauma and faith transitions, parenting challenges, and addiction.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, hiking and visiting the coast.
