PacificSource Community Solutions Leaving Lane County: Can You Still Get Therapy at WWC?

PacificSource Community Solutions (Pacific Source’s Medicaid Division) will exit the Lane County Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) after December 31, 2025. Many Lane County residents living in Eugene, Springfield, Florence, and other cities are asking the same question:

“Will I still be able to receive therapy?”

At Willamette Wellness Center, the answer is yes! , which means you can continue your telehealth and in-person therapy in our Milwaukie, OR office without interruption, even as these changes unfold.

If you’re already working with a WWC therapist, you should be able to continue your sessions just as you normally would (please confirm your benefits with your therapist).

Can I Start Mental Health Therapy at WWC Even With These OHP Changes?

Yes, you can!

You don’t have to wait for insurance transitions to settle before getting the support you need. WWC continues to welcome new OHP clients, and our intake team can help you understand your coverage and get matched with a therapist who fits your needs.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after a break, WWC remains a stable, accessible option for in-person and telehealth mental health services in Lane County.

According to WWC founder, Arin Wallington:

“Our priority is making sure people in Lane County can get the care they need. No one should feel like they have to pause mental health care because of insurance changes.”
