Hello, my name is Ashley, it’s nice to meet you. My pronouns are She/Her.

My work as a therapist is grounded in a deep belief that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, has the inner capacity to heal and grow. Whether the barriers are real or perceived, I’ve seen time and again the incredible strength humans possess when they feel safe, seen, and supported. The complexity of the human experience has always been my greatest inspiration. Over the years, I’ve been continually moved by the vulnerability clients bring to the therapeutic space—allowing themselves to explore who they are, how they relate to others, and how the cultures and systems around them have shaped their stories.
This insight forms the foundation of my collaborative approach. I work closely with clients to explore how living in alignment with their values, and engaging in thoughtful self-reflection, can create meaningful change—leading to healing, resolution, enjoyment, and a deeper sense of peace.
My approach to therapy is both authentic and compassionate. I take the work with every client seriously while also believing in the importance of levity and connection. I welcome humor, joy, and humanity into the room. With clients, I focus on identifying and shifting patterns of thought and behavior and exploring how both internal and external environments can support growth and resilience.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to provide clinical supervision and training to many providers throughout my career. Continuing to help others find their potential within themselves is a great passion of mine that extends beyond the services I provide to my clients.
2015: Master of Arts, Pacific University, School of Professional Psychology
I work with adults (18+) and specialize in a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, substance use, sex and gambling concerns, relationship and marital issues, infidelity, divorce and separation, step-parent and child dynamics, life transitions, body image distress, grief and loss, and professional burnout.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Attachment Theory. I also integrate Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed approaches to support individuals navigating body image distress.
For clients exploring their relationship with mind-altering substances, I offer both abstinence-based and harm-reduction models of care, meeting individuals where they are—whether they’re struggling, concerned, or simply curious about making a change.
